Chief Executive Officer, DHL eCommerce
Charles Brewer is CEO of DHL eCommerce, a division of Deutsche Post DHL Group, which he joined in 1984. In his role, he leads a global team responsible for developing solutions that enable the e-commerce sector.
Charles is a proven expert in supply chain, international shipping and e-commerce with over 32 years of industry experience, covering multiple global regions and disciplines across Europe, Asia Pacific, the Americas and Africa.
Prior to joining DHL eCommerce, Charles was the Managing Director for DHL Express, Sub-Saharan Africa where he was responsible for the successful business and operations of 54 countries and territories, encompassing more than 50,000 customers, 4,000 employees, 250 facilities, 5 regional hubs and 20 dedicated DHL aircraft.
Charles started his career at DHL in the UK, before moving to the DHL Express Asia Pacific region where he was appointed Country Manager for Philippines and subsequently Country Manager for Malaysia. After Asia Pacific, Charles spent 5 years in the Americas region, where he first led the commercial organization and later was the General Manager for the North East region.
Charles was born in 1965 in the UK. After completing school at Lord Wandsworth College, he went on to Cranfield and Reading University and has also completed executive programs at Henley Management College.
Charles has lived and worked in multiple countries and is now based in Singapore. He is married with two children.
Cordelia Abreu, Ph.D.
Vice President of Human Resources
Cordelia Abreu joined the Deutsche Post DHL Group in Bonn, Germany at the company’s worldwide headquarters in 2000. In 2004, she moved to the U.S. and began her career with DHL eCommerce, where she served first as Vice President of Integration and later as Vice President of Pricing & Commercial Affairs. In 2013, she moved into her current role as Vice President of Human Resources. Prior to joining the Deutsche Post DHL Group, she received a master’s degree and Ph.D., both in Business Administration, from the University of Muenster.
Vice President of Domestic Product Management
Dmitry Antonov is the VP of Domestic Product Management at DHL eCommerce Americas. Dmitry and his team focus on developing and enhancing the domestic product portfolio to provide the best match for the needs of the e-commerce logistics sector. Prior to joining DHL eCommerce, Dmitry was an Associate Partner with DHL Consulting, providing management consulting and supply chain consulting services to DHL and Fortune 500 companies. Dmitry holds an MSc degree in Economics and Management from Humboldt University of Berlin.
Vice President of Operations
Scott Ashbaugh took responsibility as Vice President of [Domestic and International] Operations in September 2017, having served as Vice President of International Operations since 2013. Scott was brought in from his role as an Associate Partner with DHL’s Management Consulting division, where he specialized in global supply chain optimization for Fortune 500 companies. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design from Georgia Tech and an MBA from the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign.
Director, eCommerce Fulfillment Solutions
Jonathan Briggs joined DHL eCommerce in 2013 and has worked with many iconic brands across the fashion, apparel, footwear, health & beauty and nutraceutical industries. He is an expert in all things small parcel and direct to consumer logistics, having worked in the small parcel industry since 1998 with UPS, DHL Express and FedEx prior to joining DHL eCommerce. In his current role, he is focused on and passionate about helping customers design winning e-commerce fulfillment and parcel solutions – helping them get closer to their customers, reduce order time to customers, drive out costs across their total cost to serve and improve the overall experience to the end customers.
Jonathan earned a B.S. in Marketing from Clemson University and is proud to be a Clemson Tiger. He now resides in Southwest Ohio with his wife and 7 year old triplets (2 boys and a girl).
VP of Business Development, GoInterpay
Matthew Cannon is the VP of Business Development for GoInterpay. He previously led strategic deal teams at GlobalCollect / Ingenico, helping global retailers expand into Asia and Latin America. Matthew is a founding member of the Global Retail Insights Network (GRIN) and works with the global non-profit as a key payments and FX contributor. He is actively involved in the Latin American and Asia eCommerce market and has helped lead and develop innovation summits in Sao Paulo, Buenos Aires, Singapore and Shanghai.
International Product Manager
Grecia Carvajal joined the Deutsche Post DHL Group in 2005, where she has worked in the Global Forwarding, Express and now eCommerce divisions. In 2013, she began her role as an International Product Manager where she has focused on developing Verify, our address verification solution, to support international business growth.
Grecia holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Catholic University of Guayaquil-Ecuador.
Sr. Director of Fulfillment Sales
Marsha Chulick joined DHL eCommerce in February 2017 as Senior Director of Fulfillment Sales. A veteran of the industry, Marsha entered into the e-commerce space in 1998 — just three short years after Amazon launched. She has seen the industry go from single-channel, to multi-channel, to omnichannel, and now unified commerce. Through the years, she has worked with many iconic brands entering into e-commerce in the early years and most recently, developing solutions for those brands and others that need a more regionalized approach to e-commerce fulfillment. She brings a unique perspective on the industry to DHL eCommerce and its clients.
Director of International Product Management
Alex Dammmueller is the Director of International Product Management for DHL eCommerce Americas. Alex and her team are focused on building solutions and products for the international e-commerce sector that simply deliver excellence. Alex has been with DHL eCommerce for 15 years in both Sales and Product Management and is passionate about enabling our customers’ success in international e-commerce.
Senior International Product Manager
Susan Duque is a Senior International Product Manager with DHL eCommerce Americas. After holding various positions within Product Management at companies such as Ariba, Belk, DHL Express, HP and NeorisLogistics, Susan joined the DHL eCommerce International team, and has led the successful launch of DHL eCommerce’s Fully Landed Cost solution in June of 2018, to be followed by a Product Harmonization Tool in Q1 of 2019.

Susan is a licensed U.S. Customs Broker and Certified Customs Specialist, and holds a BS degree in Systems Analysis and Design from Miami University of Ohio.
Vice President of International Compliance and Processes
With more than 20 years experience in the small package supply chain industry, Kevin Eggart joined DHL eCommerce in 2005. He has held several positions in the organization in Operations, the Commercial department, and Product Management. Most recently, he has guided the successful development of a proprietary operating system (CONNECT) and implemented a watertight trade compliance program. Kevin’s comprehensive express and postal background give him a unique perspective for the e-commerce industry.
Sr. Director, Product Engineering
Chiric Emanuels joined DHL in 2002 and is the Sr. Director, Product Engineering. An innovator and thought leader, Chiric brings more than 15 years of e-commerce logistics, technology, and product development experience, and has defined logistics solutions for some of the world’s largest MNCs, including Amazon, Apple, and Dell. Most recently, he was responsible for the organization’s e-commerce technology expansion in Asia Pacific, where he and his team built an end-to-end e-commerce solution supporting FC Bayern Munich’s expansion into the Chinese market. Chiric and his group are focused on digital transformation and the enablement of new technologies designed to optimize the e-commerce value chain at DHL eCommerce.
Director, Sales and Product Strategy
Marc Goodfriend is an innovator, public speaker, and returns industry expert who has designed and developed reverse logistics programs for some of the world’s top brands, including Apple, Lands’ End, Amazon, ASOS, and walmart.com. Marc joined DHL eCommerce in 2014 as Director, Sales and Product Strategy for DHL’s Parcel Return family of services. Prior to his current role, Marc held positions at Newgistics and DHL Express. Daniel Kondratowitch is the Director of Domestic Product Management at DHL eCommerce. With his problem-solving background in Industrial Engineering and Systems, his goal is to help merchants simplify their returns process, allowing them to focus on what they do best.
Vice President of Customer Service
Melanie Krips is the Vice President of Customer Service for DHL eCommerce Americas. Melanie joined DHL eCommerce in 2000. After originally working in Operations, Melanie has spent the last several years leading the Customer Service organization. Melanie and her team are passionate about delivering a positive, proactive and effortless customer experience. Her goal for providing an effortless experience is to allow e-commerce customers to focus on their business needs and to consider DHL eCommerce as a partner in their growth journey.
Director of International Product Management
Joining DHL eCommerce in 2005, Chris Lentjes is the Director of International Product Management. Chris’ focus is developing products that enable and streamline international e-commerce with the customer and consumer experience at the foundation of all products and services brought to market. Chris’ experience within DHL eCommerce covers both Domestic and International markets providing a knowledge platform for the U.S. Inbound product.
Senior Vice President of Sales
David Loonam was named Senior Vice President of Sales in June 2014. In this position, David is responsible for leading DHL eCommerce’s sales organization. Since joining the company in 2005, David has held several leadership positions including Vice President of Product Management, Marketing & Postal Relations, Vice President Product Management & Marketing & Commercial and Vice President of Product Development for the DHL@home residential parcel delivery service.
Upon joining DHL eCommerce in January 2005, David served as Vice President of Customer Service. In that role, he integrated the customer service groups of three separate companies after Deutsche Post DHL Group merged them to form DHL Global Mail in 2004. David had joined Deutsche Post DHL Group the previous year when DHL Express merged with Airborne Express, where he began his career in 1993. He was named Director of Postal Products in 2003 and relocated to Florida, home of DHL Express’ U.S. headquarters. His focus at that time was continuing to expand both DHL’s partnership with the U.S. Postal Service and the company’s residential shipping services.
David holds a B.A. in History from Central Washington University.
Sr. Director, Delivery Concepts
Jorge Lopera is the Sr. Director of Delivery Concepts at DHL eCommerce Americas. Jorge and his team focus on developing first- and final-mile capabilities to bring an innovative and technology-first approach to local delivery. Recently, the team launched DHL Parcel Metro, the first same-day metro product offering with current operations in Chicago and Los Angeles, and plans to launch in New York City later this year. In his previous role at DHL eCommerce, Jorge was part of the Domestic Operations Leadership Team as Director of Operations Analysis. Jorge holds bachelor’s degrees in Finance and Real Estate from DePaul University.
Vice President of Product Management and Marketing
Brad Mathewson was named Vice President of Product Management and Marketing in June 2014. In this position, Brad is responsible for leading DHL eCommerce’s innovative Product Management and Marketing teams to create products and solutions tailored towards serving the e-commerce industry. Since joining the company in 2001, Brad has held several leadership positions including Vice President Global Accounts and Western Regional Sales VP. Brad’s industry expertise and diverse background bring a versatile view to our business.
Director of Strategic Projects
Bjoern Mayland joined the Deutsche Post DHL group in 2006, initially spending five years working in various divisions and functions as a management consultant with DHL Consulting. After a three-year stint in Sales Support roles at DHL Global Forwarding, he joined DHL eCommerce in 2014 as Director of Strategic Projects. He has since focused primarily on the development of an innovative, fast and predictable delivery solution for B2C e-commerce merchants.
Bjoern holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, Canada.
Director, Postal Affairs
John Mederios is the Director of Postal Affairs at DHL eCommerce Americas. With 33 years of Postal experience, John is recognized by the Mailing Industry for his knowledge, experience and innovation with postal rules and regulations.
John continues to influence, enhance and create positive change for the Mailing & Shipping Industry and the Postal Service with emphasis on one of the few growth sectors for USPS - packages. He demonstrates his leadership through participation in Mailing & Shipping Associations, USPS Industry Committees and the Postmaster General’s Mailer’s Technical Advisory Committee (MTAC).
Director of International Product Management
Jody Moore is the Director of International Product Management for DHL eCommerce Americas. Jody is focused on building solutions for the international e-commerce sector that deliver excellence. She is new to the DHL family but has many years of experience in providing shipping and e-facilitation solutions to e-tailers around the world, with a concentrated focus on Latin America.
Vice President of Strategy and Product Management
Since 2012, Craig has been the Vice President of Strategy and Product Management at DHL eCommerce. Craig is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of product development. Craig and his team have launched a new multi-channel e-commerce fulfillment platform, and have worked to introduce more speed, reliability and flexibility into the U.S. domestic consumer delivery operations. He has big aspirations for the DHL eCommerce business moving forward, and hopes to position it as a leading innovator in e-commerce parcel delivery in the Americas. Craig is an expert on all things related to e-commerce supply chains. From order management and fulfillment to distribution and returns, Craig has worked with retailers directly on overcoming supply chain challenges and meeting business objectives and requirements.

Jan Schwegmann is the Director of Strategy E-Commerce, Latin America & Canada at DHL eCommerce Americas. Jan and his team focus on developing the strategic roadmap and preparing market entries for DHL eCommerce in Latin America and Canada. Prior to joining DHL eCommerce, Jan headed the strategy department for DHL Supply Chain Latin America and worked as a project manager with DHL Consulting, providing management consulting services to the DPDHL Group. Jan holds a MSc degree in Strategic Management from Rotterdam School of Management (Netherlands).
SVP LatAm and Canada
Paul Tessy was named Senior Vice President of Latin America and Canada in May 2014. Since joining DHL eCommerce - Americas in 2005, Paul has held several top leadership positions, including head of the International Business Unit, Customer Solutions (which includes Information Technology and Customer Service), Domestic Product Management and Network and Distribution, Senior Vice President of Product Management, Commercial & Strategy, and most recently, Senior Vice President of Sales.
Prior to joining DHL eCommerce, Paul was President and CEO of Spring Global Mail, a mailing and package company where he had also served as Vice President of Sales and Vice President of Commercial and Network.
Paul received a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from New College at the University of Toronto.
Treasurer for DHL Americas
Robert Whitaker, Treasurer for DHL Americas, manages all banking relationships for the company in more than 30 countries. He is also Chairman of the DHL employee benefits committee, responsible for managing retirement investments. Robert has nearly 24 years of experience in the finance industry. Prior to joining DHL in 2004, Robert held a number of financial positions of increasing responsibility with AT&T, including CFO for AT&T Capital – Latin America. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from University of Louisville and a Masters of Business Administration from Indiana University Bloomington.
